1.) Bake accepts returns and offers refunds or exchanges for damaged or defective products. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return.
2.) If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not been processed or shipped.
3.) Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within a reasonable time after the returned product is received and inspected.
4.) Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Bake error.
